Hodgkin lymphoma
Immune system cancer characterized by Reed-Sternberg cells, described by Thomas Hodgkin in 1832. It causes painless lymph node swelling and systemic symptoms; today, it is a cornerstone of oncofertility due to its high cure rate and risk of gonadal damage.
