Fertilization rates did not differ between fresh and vitrified oocytes, nor did the proportion of cycles without embryos of sufficiently good quality to transfer or cryopreserve. 

Over the years, the trend has become to transfer, when it's possible, one single embryo in day 5, to obtain a better synchrony with the endometrium and a lower risk of multiple pregnancy.
